You once said that God has told you that, Bush will be the USA president. Has god told why America has good presidents while other countries in the world has the dictators and killers as their presidents? Is he the same God who created all people of this world?

Why only evangelicals? selfish or zealous ?

I dont know what to say but my life as jewish-american is getting tougher and hard to imagine day after day. America is now moving to the right in alarming speed. Evangelicals want their buddy to be presidents, governors, representatives, judges etc... where are we going to move to, Jews ran from Europe for its anti-semitism attitude last century, and now america is heading to the same place. I want to hear from somebody...

Which ten commandments?

Ok, I have heard enough. all day all night, few people want ten commandments to be all over america. Give me a break. which ones are they gonna display? catholics have their own, jews have their own, evangelicals have their own ten commandments, so which one are we gonna have ?

why these policies of exclusion?

Its my understanding that all great faiths-Christianity, Hinduism , Budhism , Judaism , and Islam-agree on the supreme importance of compassion. I mean, the habit of empathy for all living beings. Why, then do supposedly "religious leaders" (most notably evangelicals) instead of teaching people how to live in harmony, often concentrate on marginal issues like : Is contraception permissible ? Is evolution compatible with the first chapter of Genesis? Can someone who dont discriminate against gay people be elected to the office? why is that instead of bringing people together, these leaders actually encourage policies of exclusion?

why oppose abortion only and not death penalty ?

I am devoted catholic and God believer. I believe in the bible and the church. I have one questions to my church leaders. The late pope John opposed both abortion and death penalty as I do. why do our church leaders and our pro life movement (which am one of them) are always concerned about abortion only and not death penalty. Please, only God can give and take life so why not much effort against death penalty supporters?

why were evangelicals silent?

one thing shocked me during the Terri Schiavo case, was the pressure the evangelical put on Bush to cut short his texas stay and immediately fly over to washington to sign the registration to keep her alive. Where were they hiding first days of flood and hurricane? where was Dobson, mahoney, robertson etc. If you can err to protect one life then why not err to protect life of hundreds of black americans during the hurricane? please tell me why coz i am confused.

Why liberals combining church and state in minnesota?

Stop religious left movement in minnesota to take our right to bear arm. The are using the ban of fire arms in the church with a liberal agenda of taking our guns away. why mixing church and politics?
